In this simulation, you will "work" in the digital services team of SPACE-Y. This company sells data collected during space missions to customers such as universities and research centers. Your team faces a clear task: "Lead the launch of the MarsLander rocket and its landing on Mars and collect valuable data for universities and research centers."
During the MarsLander II simulation, you will learn, among other things: what is key in next-generation ITSM, how to improve your workflow, how to continuously improve your products, how to become a flexible service organization that responds quickly to changing market demands.
Parts Parts Unlimited is in trouble. Press reports reveal the organization's poor financial performance. An IT-enabled business transformation has been initiated in the Retail Operations division as a solution to this problem and a necessary action to rescue the company and restore its competitive edge. The Vice President of IT has been engaged to lead The Phoenix Project and is responsible for its success. However, the VP has a huge amount of work on his plate, including a huge backlog of incidents, problems, projects and other operational tasks.
During the simulation of The Phoenix Project, you will learn, among other things: how to apply DevOps principles to a specific situation, how to find the right balance between meeting SLAs and delivering IT projects as planned, how to create a better flow within your teams.
During the simulation, we have the opportunity to practice and learn how to resolve incidents working individually, working in teams when an incident "circulates" between teams, or when root cause analysis is required. In each of these scenarios a different approach is required, in one the focus is on quick action and efficient communication, in another it is more on the quality and information gathering skills of the solution.
During the SOLVE simulation, you will learn, among other things: how to improve collaboration and communication when resolving incidents and problems, how to improve the quality of incident documentation, how to get the service/production back up and running quickly and with minimal risk.
Fly4You is a young airline specializing in promoting and selling airline tickets to young travelers. To enable the company to be 'future-ready,' the team held a meeting and developed a transformation map. A number of new services were planned for the coming months. The CEO also decided to minimize past risks and enhance IT capabilities. To this end, he asked a SAFe® expert to begin implementing SAFe® principles in the organization. To achieve these goals, the team would follow a step-by-step plan based on SAFe® principles.
During the Fly4You simulation, you will learn, among other things: how to organize digital transformation programs, what are the key elements of SAFe®, how to be flexible and scalable when building new systems and services, how to introduce a SAFe® 'culture' in the organization.

All Conlea trainers are practitioners. They manage (or have managed) projects and IT teams in large organizations (e.g. Nordea, ATOS, IBM, mBank, ABB, Inpost, Cisco, Capgemini, BSH, Siemens, GSK, Ergo Hestia, Lufthansa, PZU, Fujitsu). During our trainings, they impart theoretical knowledge, but also show how they themselves apply it in practice. Training participants especially appreciate that our trainers understand their challenges and share their own experience.
Of course, we have about 30 Trainers in our Coaching lineup, of which about 80% also train in English.
We train in a stationary formula or in an online formula.
The simulation game is a one-day training course.
We encourage you to read our article on how to choose a valuable training course.you will learn from it what to pay attention to.
