Frequently asked questions

The course materials are based on official Change Management Foundation guidance and many years of experience of our trainers. Course materials prepare participant to pass the exam. The materials are in English language.

They include:

  • Digital handbook that contains also a training presentation
  • Case study, exercises and sample answers
  • Exam candidate guidance
  • Mock exam with answers

The exam is in closed-book format with 50 multiple-choice questions. You require 25 marks (out of 50) to pass - 50%

The course includes an Exam Preparation module, which prepares participants to take the Change Management Foundation Exam on the third day of the course.

The exam lasts for 40 minutes. The exam is available as web-based or paper-based.

If English is candidate‛s second language, candidate is allowed to use dictionary and is granted 10 minutes extra time (50 minutes in total).

  • Individuals who are involved in change initiatives
  • Individuals who require a working knowledge of the key principles of change management
  • Those who need to know the terminology and the theory behind management of change
  • Managers who wish to expand their skills in delivering change

There are no formal prerequisites. However basic, generic management knowledge is recommended.

The main online training platforms we use is MS Teams and Zoom. We can also conduct training on  Webex platform on special request.

During the training, we also use tools such as Miro (for participants to work together), Quizzes (Easy LMS platform) and work in subgroups.

 

5 days before the training, the participant receives an invitation with access to the digital training materials and a link to the platform on which the meeting will take place.

Before the training, each participant should read the detailed safety rules regarding stationary training.
